How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, and delivery times vary by location. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship to most international destinations. Rates and delivery times depend on the carrier and location. Customs fees and import duties, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
What is your policy for pre-orders or limited-edition items? Pre-orders and limited editions are billed at the time of purchase to reserve your copy. Estimated delivery dates are listed on each product page but may shift depending on production or supplier factors. All pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Can I return or exchange my order? All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please report issues within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@beyondthechartpublishing.com with your order number and photos.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.
Can I cancel or change my order? We can’t guarantee cancellations or edits once an order has been placed. If you need to make a change, email us right away at info@beyondthechartpublishing.com.
Are digital products refundable? Digital products (ebooks, downloads, or templates) are non-refundable once delivered.
What if my order never arrives? If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier directly. Beyond the Chart Publishing LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
