They didn’t ask for a logo.
They asked for a way to carry what the book made them feel.
 
So I didn’t design a pin.
I created a symbol.
 
Here’s what it means:
 
🔸 The Flame… Because even when your light dims, it never truly goes out. You still show up. You still care. You still burn, quietly.
 
🔸 The Stethoscope Hidden in the Fire… Because you lead with your heart, and heal through your hands. Even when it hurts. Even when no one thanks you. Even when no one sees you.
 
🔸 The Crack in the Flame… This is the part that most people miss.
That break? That’s not damage. That’s proof you’ve been through something.
You didn’t stay whole, you stayed standing.
The crack is what makes it real.
 
🔸 “QUIET STRENGTH”… Front and center. Because too often we confuse loud voices with leadership. But the ones holding everything together are usually the quietest ones in the room.

This symbol is for nurses and healthcare workers carrying things no one ever charted.
